Tech was fantastic but the doors are still missing the carriage hardware that was the whole reason we decided to get new doors. Also, the tech advised that there was an option to upgrade the hardware and get lifetime warranty on the product and the rollers would especially be a sound investment as they will go out first. I am pretty frustrated that this option wasn't even offered to me at the time of the quote, I had no idea it was something to consider and now if I wanted to take advantage of it, I would have to pay for another service call to have them swapped out which adds to the cost and minimizes the value to me.

The fact that we could get a repair done on the weekend was amazing! Adrian was here promptly, explained the issues we were having (beyond the obvious broken spring), and finished the repair within an hour. Jesse arrived early and totally prepared. He was very polite and courteous. He did an excellent job uninstalling the old door, installing the new door and he provided a couple of maintenance tips! The unfortunate part is that he had no way of providing a receipt when the balance due was paid (not his fault).
