Chris was on-time and very communicative, letting me know he was on his way and when his ETA was. He arrived when he said he would and was very personable. I informed him what the issue was and he diagnosed and corrected the problem without delay. He asked if we had had a power outage and I informed him Avista shut off power the day before to work on the power lines. Chris offered some ideas to mitigate the problems in future and suggested that I purchase a surge protector. This was welcome advice that I will follow up with so that this doesn’t happen again. Thanks for your time Chris, and for correcting the problem so quickly!

The 2 Gentlemen called me prior to their arrival. When they arrived, they both had a mask on and I had a mask on too. They did the Service that I requested along with replacing the rollers after explaining why they needed to be replaced. After that was completed, I was shown what was done and how I can oil the rollers and coils once a year. They were very Professional and Helpful. I will always use Precision for my Garage Door and I Thank You Both! JoAnne

Chris did sell me a product that turned out to be more expensive than I needed to pay. I w 80 years old, and thought he was giving me an estimate, but instead he was up selling me a product which I neither needed nor could I afford. I am very unhappy with this. It is elder abuse.
