We are not happy with Precision garage door. We paid a lot for a new garage door and it has been making a popping sound like it’s going to break at anytime so we called to get someone to come look at it and he did. But all he did was take a hammer and bang on one piece a few times and said it was fixed. We’ll it’s not and we are going to have to get someone out here again to look at it as the popping is getting so bad it literally sounds like something is breaking every time we open the door. This is really ridiculous

1st off the dispatching staff was great. I was astonished that I was able to actually talk to someone on a Sunday, let alone a holiday weekend. A bit clearer explanation of what the service included would have been nice, but truly not a big issue. As for Adrian, he was amazing. He explained in detail his recommended repairs, what each item did, and how they worked. He was honest, hard working and a pleasure to have as a technician. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, let alone recommend your entire company.
