This is not a broken spring problem. This is replacing storm damaged doors. Nicholas was great. Straight forward and knowledgeable. Real a pleasure to work with him. Thank you. I have tried to call Nicholas and I get a message which say the person you are calling has not set up his Mail box. Try your a gain later. I called the office and asked for call back but did not receive one. Ther had been an appointment set up for Tuesday September 6 th. I did not set up this appointment. At least not that I am aware of. Spoke with my claims adjuster and he has not finalized the work as of yet. He recamended I cancel the appointment. Jered showed up on time, was very professional and informative. Didn’t try to pressure me into an upsale like most repair tech’s do. He listed to my concerns and had my door fixed within 40 min. Not bad for same day service. Will call again! (If needed)
