Great service from the beginning starting with the email notification of who was coming out and when they were on the way. Jesse showed up and started working, took old garage door out and put new one in. Picked up all garbage and made sure new one worked with garage door opener and was set correctly when coming down. Would definitely recommend precision garage door to neighbors and friends who are looking for a new garage door or just need one repaired. Very knowledgeable. Thank you for the great job, we love the new garage door.

Stephen Beck was the type of service technician you want to work with. He was friendly and listened to my concerns and questions answering everything clearly. He layed out options for all the parts and equipment I asked about. Inspected existing door and gave me a fair assement of its condition. Did not try to push unneeded equipmen. Good worker. Company also good, was able to get new opener and springs installed on a weekend. I called 11am saturday, work was complete next day, sunday 2pm. I Would recomend and use this company and Stephen again.

Sean Yahrling helped me out with my broken garage door and was very pleasant and professional. He showed up on time and I appreciated his heads up call when he was about 30 minutes out. He worked up a quick quote and was fast in completing his job. The repair was more expensive than I had anticipated, but this was due to Sean’s diligence in discovering the root of the original problem. He ensured that all the problematic parts were replaced which will keep me from having to go through this repair again in the near future. I have to say I was very impressed with Precision and my technician Adrian Workman. I was a bit skeptical having made an appointment only three days prior what device o was going to receive. I imagined we haggle over pricing and I’d have to schedule another appointment for the fix. I was pleasantly surprised. This guy knows his garage doors! He was on time and very professional. He had my situation assessed, and estimated in about 10 minutes. After about 45 mins we were testing the fully functioning garage door. I would highly recommend Adrian and Precision.
