The service tech was fine and no problem there, but your advertisement for Lube & Tune was for $45.95, plus tax, which is what prompted me to respond to that ad. It was not clear from the ad that there is also a service call fee for $89. That perhaps should be disclosed in future ads so customers are not surprised by the billing when completed.

Nobody has called or come back out from Saturday to replace my door or check my garage door opener for repair or replacement today. What is happening? I have medical appointments tomorrow for pre op heart surgery and cannot get to my car….

Had Sean out last week to diagnose the problem with our current garage door, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and solved for why the door is not working. Sean gave a quote, said when would be back which was a quick turn around and within 2 business days he was back and installed what needed to be done in the allotted time he stated. Technician came out on time as expected diagnose the problem came up with a solution, and will be back to fix the garage door very polite, courteous, professional and new exactly what was needed. Gave some examples of upgrades. We took advantage of a few.
