Our Installer Hollis replaced a hail damaged, manually operated door that had very little insulation with a new, well insulated garage door that came with a belt driven garage door opener and outside keypad. The work was professionally done and we were amazed how smoothly and quietly the new door operated compared the main door on the front of the garage. We could hardly hear it operate inside the garage and unable to hear it at all from inside the house.

I am a Precision Door Service customer, having used them in the past, I have their business card taped to my garage wall. When I had an emergency with my garage door, I immediately gave them a call. A family member had accidentally bumped into the garage door with their car and jammed the door, making it unable to open. Setting an appointment for early the next day was easy and handled in a very professional manner. The Tech that came to complete the repair was very knowledgeable and provided me with options and quotes on repair and/or replacement. He was able to get the door back on track and save me from buying a new door until I am ready to make that purchase.

Jered was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He provided expert advice and recommendations for repairs and maintenance of our garage door opener, springs, track assembly and other components. He provided option and explained the differences of each option. As the work was being accomplished to replace the tension springs, Jered explained what he was doing and why. He also kept his work area clean and professional. Once installation was completed, he checked the garage door for ease of use to ensure it was working properly. I highly recommend to my friends, family, and coworkers. He treated our home as if it were his own home! Thank you for a job well done!
