Precision Garage Door came out the same day and replaced the broken spring, added another spring to keep the torsion balanced, replaced the bearings, and cables. Their work has a five year guarantee. Service tech David Deviny was excelent. Arrived early explained process and completed install timely.Walked me through the new equipment and was able to answer all questions. A+ installer. The original order for door was December of 2022. Lead time of 10 to 12 weeks was understood. Upon checking door status at 13 weeks it was discovered door was never ordered. Costumer service was very apologetic and upgraded door for inconvenience. However there was another 10 to 12 week lead time. It is difficult to offer a positive recommendation given this experience.
