Christian arrived on time with a friendly smile and a can do attitude. He explained the issue and what most likely happened and was able to start right away. Even though the sticker price was painful he let me know my options and what would work best. He listened to my concerns and advised me from there. He even gave me a quote for a new operating unit when we are ready to put it in. He was quick and efficient and worked around my barking dogs. Christian is a great asset to you organization and we will be using your services again. Kudos to Christian.

Adrian took care of our garage door needs in excellent fashion back in March of 2014. Nine years and three months later our spring broke on the door Friday evening. Saturday I scheduled an appointment with Precision and requested Adrian. He arrived on time for our scheduled appointment this Monday the 26th of June 2023 and looked at our two prior invoices from June of 2010 and March of 2014. He then informed me that everything was no charge. With the greatest respect he went about his work and swiftly had our door in excellent function again. I very much respect his knowledge and craftsmanship, most of all his integrity. In a world of shifty practice and misleading warranty information, Adrian Workman and Precision Door are a combination YOU CAN TRUST. Adrian likes his work, is excellent at it and it shows. Sorry I've not answered this email. I am not happy with repair. Large gaps on side. Cutting up a hose and putting it through the bottom seal is not how I feel was done properly. At the time I wasn't quite sure what was being accomplished. You have done great job in past when we lived out at Valleyford WA but can't say the same for this repain
