Very quick and responsive company. He arrived promptly, was courteous and knowledgable, and fixed the problem quickly. He pointed out where our system was showing some signs of wear, but did not push us to purchase more than we had originally requested. The service was great, and he also did the little things. They sent me a text with his photo when he was on his way; he wore a mask and socially distanced (this was during COVID), and he was very polite. I really appreciate it!

Ben Cain spotted the issue immediately and repaired it. Gave me some pointers and issues that will come up at some point. I will specifically ask for him as I plan on replacing and adding garage door openers in the future (spring 2021). Whatever you're paying him, increase it. He's good at his job.
