Sean did a great job, was thorough, and explained everything in detail. He found some issues with the gears in our garage opener and repaired them quickly. He replaced the rollers and lubed everything so our doors are quieter and will last several more years. He had to do the job in two trips since we wanted weatherstrip for the bottom of the door and to replace the weatherstrip around the outside of the door as well. Finally, I'd definitely call again for service.

Great install job! The only problem is that a screw was mistakenly placed in the rubber bottom swipe, and after we pointed it out, the serviceman unscrewed it and replaced it where it should be. Will call to have it replaced, if the seal doesn’t straighten out.
