Overall it was good. It was odd that a scheduled appointment somehow turned up a full day early. I called to confirm the real date and was told it was fixed, and they still arrived on wrong day. The. The installation day they also wanted to come early and that’s great, however it was a juggle to accommodate a new time frame to get someone at my house. Garage door and automatic opener work great. Install took a long time, but only one person was doing it.

I called Precision Door Monday afternoon for a broken spring repair. They scheduled me for the next morning. The repairman Shawn arrived on time and was very pleasant. He explained everything that he was going to do before he repaired the spring. I will definitely be using Precision Door for future issues should they arise.
