Estimate was done on a 10’ H door but billing and materials sent to install were for a 12’H door. Technicians did a good job working out install for me but sales an d service communication and follow up leave much to be desired.

Ben did a great job on fixing my door better than new. I wish Wayne Dalton put the same workmanship into their doors as Ben did. He retrofitted the door with a stronger bracket. That Wayne Dalton came out with to fix their design flaw. The bolts that Ben added were at 14 inch centers. Wayne Dalton more like 36 inch center to center
