My old garage door was completely replaced with all new rails, springs, opener and whatever else was needed to make it the same as new. I am VERY PLEASED with the new door. Scott, has noticed some errors in the installation of our new garage door and has spoken with the company reps to have the corrections made by the original installer next week. Presently he has made our garage door operate. (We had a power outage-no surge protector or battery backup. The door did not operate correctly after power resumed.)
