My service was not for a broken garage door spring repair - I called because I wanted a new key pad for my garage. I was told by Chris that my equipment was to old for the key pads your company has so I was told it couldn't be done and was also told to call Wayne Dalton as they may have what I wanted. Two garage doors about $3,000.00. Doors to be replaced are 17 years old and of less quality. Both doors have broken springs identified immediately by technician. Excellent service by technician.
