Barry was a very competent technician who diagnosed the problem right away. He took the time to lubricate and adjust the cables and springs. My only complaints are 1. We were told by the scheduler that he would arrive between 2 and 4. He called at 3:30 and told us that he had been double booked and would not arrive until 4:15. Ultimately this consumed our entire afternoon As a result ,I had too miss a zoom meeting at 4:30 2. We were also told that the technician would be masked and that we too needed to comply with the mask mandate. Barry never wore a mask (nor, to be fair, did I ask him too).

installation went well. We are waiting for the correct inserts to be installed when they arrive..Also the correct ornamental straps to be installed with inserts. There is a rubbing of cable on track that is noisy, hopefully it doesn't prematurely wear out cable. Overall pleased with installation and communication from company.
