I had to leave before Jared was finished. My wife was in charge. I LOOKED AT THE INVOICE ON LINE AND WAS FLABBERGASTED. $1000 to fix the garage door and then you have jimmied the software to have the email disappear. Jared quoted me $200 each for the springs or 250 each for the better ones…I opted for the better ones…so that’s 90 for service call and 500 for springs so we are in the $600 range…maybe 700 for other tweaking. You need to credit us back $300 or so on our credit card or I will deny the charge. I am furious and believe you took advantage of Nancy since I was not here to ok anything else. To clarify, there was a broken spring on our old, large commercial-size door, but if that had been repaired the old door would have remained unusable because there was a broken piece on the bottom of the track that prevented the door from moving and which could not be repaired. However, that had been sorted before the Technician arrived. Jesse brought a new door with all the needed accessories. Jesse has been to our house three times to install new doors and has done excellent work each time. He arrives on time, sets to work immediately and, based on the good results, knows exactly what he's doing. He's also willing to answer any questions. He is an excellent professional and a good representative for your company. As were the two other men who worked with him.
