Stephen showed up in the hottest part of the day ready to solve our problem of a broken spring. He was kind, happy and helpful. As we kept inquiring about the older parts he was honest about the aging system. We ended up getting most everything new with exception of a new door. He never once let on that the extra hours that it would involve would be a problem. I very much appreciate a person with such a great attitude. He is definitely an asset to any company.
