Quick, friendly and efficient service! Called Precision Garage Door of Spokane and technician Stephen Beck came out the next day. He quickly assessed the problem (door was catching on old track) and discussed options/costs. New opener, track and remote was installed quickly and he went over operations and troubleshooting if necessary. New motor is very quiet :) Stephen even re-secured the sensors for the other garage door so they both work great now. Thanks!

Ben came out late at night for an urgent call when our garage door got stuck. We were very worried with the potential wind storm on its way and snow starting outside, to have our garage door stuck open. Ben was so kind when he called and assured us he would be on his way soon. He was prompt and professional. Ben got the garage door fixed quickly and triple checked that everything worked before leaving. We are so grateful to Ben coming out and being so kind the entire time.
