The tec always takes the time to step thru the process letting me know what is wrong with my door, in a way that I understand, and they provide options for me to choose from. Benjamin Balderree was wonderful to work with, and I trusted him with in the first few mins of meeting with him. Our tech, David, did a very good job. The garage door is very quiet opening and closing. The color of the door is spot on. David cleaned up the debris and programmed the outside key pad and one one of the car’s keypad. I have no complaints, however, I believe the factory started the process by sending information regarding the timeline for completion of the door fabrication and installation dates, but as time went on notices were few and far between. To get information we had to call our salesman. The only “glitch” regarding installation was that we mistakenly received only one keypad. That issue is resolved.

Spoke with Sean on the phone as he was at the property he did an outstanding job of explaining what was broken what the price would be to get it fixed. I was actually able to arrive at the property prior to the work commencing he showed me what was broken it was self-evident I believe Sean is an excellent asset for your company and I would imagine that management had their eye on him for promotion soon. I was home till 12:15 Tuesday november 15th and home all day November 16th! This driver never showed up. PS i was also told Monday November 14th by receptionist the driver would show up Wednesday Nov 16th from10am til 12pm... I have the text confirmation to prove it.. To my chagrin- I am very unhappy with Precision Doors. thank you for the lousy Misleading service.
