These guys must need to win a contest. The recommendation was the door was bad so i needed a new one. Then they showed me how the opener was malfunctioning so i needed a new opener. Total was going to be $6,000.00! I just paid for the springs and then had my usual garage door guy come out the next day as he had been busy. I don’t need a new door or opener and everything works great. They say a sucker is born every day and i almost became one. Buyers be very wary of what they recommend as they want to make as much money as they can and will be more than happy to sell you something you dont need.

Both men worked together with Joe assisting Corey. They did and excellent installation. Only negative comment is they forgot to clean up the wood chips. Will definitely buy from Precision garage door again if needed.

Anthony came to home quickly and was very knowledgeable of the issue. From his suggestions after talking with him, it was suggested about replacing the whole door possibly instead of fixing the old. He gave me lots of options and we agreed on a complete replacement of the door with insulation. Great to have a fellow Vet doing the work which is a plus. Looking forward tomorrow for the installation. Only negative was when Precision worked on my door in 2010 they said my springs were guaranteed for life which they say they are not.

Anthony was superb! When he called to say he was on his way, he said be bet the red and black wires were installed incorrectly when my new double door was installed the end of Nov. He explained a few things to me about the outside key pad, if the power goes out, etc. The technician in Nov didn’t, he said that person no longer works for Precision. Please pass on my highest praise to Anthony and make a note in his file.

Brand New Doors delivered and installed from start to finish in 2.5 hours! Kevin, Cory and Joe were super friendly, respectful and obviously well-trained professionals. For repairs or for full replacement like we did, look no further! (The initial repair was done in November and got us through with no more issues. We replaced the doors because they were past their prime.)

Adrian was a stellar support for us. Our garage door had been poorly and partially installed and Adrian was fantastic. He carefully explained what was wrong (and right) about the current set-up and how/why things needed to be fixed. He installed our garage door opener as well and was careful, kind, and worked really hard. We recommend Precision and Adrian without reservation. Hire them. You wont regret it.

Showed at appointed time. Inspected the door structure noted some wear did not pressure any repairs. Work was done in timely manner. Asked if I had any more questions about the door. Cycled the unit to see if it was working as designed. Right on with the opening and closing. Got his card and if need to will call as work was done right and in timely manner.
