Opener broke on Saturday, Christmas eve, I called and they came out day after Christmas to fix or replace existing opener. Very prompt service. Had shoulder surgery day before so was unable to deal with a broken door. Very pleased with the time frame Price a bit higher than I remember from last one 2 years ago but I know so many things have increased in the past few years. Service and product are great, no complaints. Just wasn't expecting such a large bill. Will call again for next opener, need one more, hoping to be better prepared for next expense
