Very professional-tried to get my MyQ garage door to connect, but hub is not working He explained that to me after working with it for 30/40 min. I had to leave before Jared was finished. My wife was in charge. I LOOKED AT THE INVOICE ON LINE AND WAS FLABBERGASTED. $1000 to fix the garage door and then you have jimmied the software to have the email disappear. Jared quoted me $200 each for the springs or 250 each for the better ones…I opted for the better ones…so that’s 90 for service call and 500 for springs so we are in the $600 range…maybe 700 for other tweaking. You need to credit us back $300 or so on our credit card or I will deny the charge. I am furious and believe you took advantage of Nancy since I was not here to ok anything else.
