We definitely made the right decision to go with Precision Door. Aaron's sales presentation was very professional and he answered all of our questions and made us feel confident in our decision. We are very pleased with the installation, however, the installation crew were not very friendly. They did not want to interact with us at all. When I asked about what we should do to maintain the doors we were cut off very quickly. All in all we are very happy with the installation. Please pass our compliment on the Aaron. I received a call before my scheduled appointment, to see if they could arrive early. That was a refreshing way to start a service call. Anthony and another tech arrived a little latter and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate prior to starting the work. I must say I was very impressed with the professionalism and the skill of both technicians. Anthony was very understanding of my problem and explained everything they were going to do and why. I called your company because my daughter had your company repair a garage door for her a few years ago and was very impressed with the tech's and work performed.
