Barry Deschamps was the technician that came out last night to service our door. Barry originally came out last year to assess our garage door and opener needs. He recommended a brand and an upgraded unit with more horsepower as we were shopping for a new door as well. Barry was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. I was back and forth with ordering a door from Precision or with Overhead. I decided to go with Overhead as they were local and committed to a much faster lead time to special order this door. I really wish I would have listened to Barry and gone with the Precision door. I called the week my door was supposed to arrive and the lead time had been pushed back 3 more months. I tried to get a refund and order with Precision, but they wouldn't refund my 50% deposit. When the door finally arrived, they didn't know how this new garage door opener worked and they couldn't program it correctly. When Barry came out last night, he knew what was wrong and proceeded to adjust and set to code. He also noted that Overhead did not lubricate the new spring or any of the new hinges. Hindsight is 20/20, but I'm back in good hands with Precision. Precision 5 stars, Overhead 0 stars.

Kris came out on memorial day to help me when I tried to destroy the garage door on our new house. Saved my butt before the boss saw my oops.
