After several attempts to install vinyl on my garage doors, it was good to finally have it done today. Chris was very professional and did a good job in a timely matter. My only complaint is that previous appointments were delayed because of poor communication.

Although only one spring on the door had broken the technician Barry was straight forward with what also needed to be replaced on the garage door after 17 years of use. He explained what needed to be done and physically showed the old vs new parts. He gave a quote and stayed with that quote after job was completed. He was very professional and we were extremely pleased with his work.

Jesse installed our new door about 2 weeks ago and caught a imperfection on one of the panels. He immediately had another panel ordered and came out today to replace the panel and show us how to fix the manual spring. Jesse was polite, professional and quick. He arrived early and finished in very little time. We are very happy with our new garage door and the service we’ve experienced!

Barry arrived this afternoon (he arrived early) and reviewed the issue, went over our options including cost for each option, and fixed the problem today!! Amazing company and technician. First called overhead door ( their name was on our garage door). Was told ten days before we can get there. Door is stuck down, cars in the garage. So, obviously that’s not going to work. So, I called precision door. They were able to look at it same day. They give a 2 hour window, and will call you before they are coming. That beats having to sit home for two hours and wait. Greatly appreciate that approach. Adrian showed up and was quick to diagnose the door. Unfortunately my door had some non standard stuff that he didn’t have. No worries, he would grab it and come back the next day at 4. Adrian showed back up the next day, and had me back in service quickly. Pricing was discussed up front, and their were no surprises. Adrian was great, very nice and a great guy to talk to. Five stars all the way around.
