The service specialist was very professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable. He was helpful in pointing out serious issues with the garage door that I hadn’t noticed indicating where the problem lies and why my garage has extreme temperature changes. He showed me a few options which fit my budget and gave me an estimate. I am very satisfied with Barry’s recommendations and assured the installation will be inspected during the process as well as upon completion. Repair is scheduled in 5 days!!

I winded up solving my remote problem myself. Bought house 17 years ago and kept all. I tried to get service guy to look at the Manuel in case I missed something but he was at odds what to do about the problem. After I took another look at the Manuel myself, it said if remote does not work turn off and on the unit. I told the service man and he turned it off snd on. now all my remotes are working I will take it up with AHS

Incredible service. Barry D. Contacted me ahead of time to let me know he was running a little early if I wanted to move the appointment up. Absolutely!! He was right on time, diagnosed the problem, almost instantly, gave me possible solutions and choices and was so quick and so efficient. Mind you, he recommended replacing of the rollers and tightening the springs and other manual labor in about 110° heat. Yes, we were in the middle of our record breaking heat wave, and he never faltered once, worked his heart out. My garage door went from a slow moving, incredibly loud clunker to smooth and quiet . And it actually opens again! I am absolutely impressed with not only Barry but the entire company. Very professional, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will need a new garage door opener soon and I know exactly where I’m going for that and I have the upmost trust that it will be done perfectly.

Aaron came out and inspected our (broken spring) door and gave us an estimate on the spot. We also expressed our concern over the main door being very noisy and not always closing. Aaron was quick to tell us what the problem is and gave us the remedy. Aaron was very courteous from the phone call confirmation and his estimated time of arrival. Highly recommend this company.
