From start to finish, Sean called ahead, gave me an estimated time & was here promptly as stated. He evaluated the situation and then gave his recommendations and why he thought it would be necessary to repair. Mentioned he had all parts available on truck. When I finally gave the go ahead to do the work he immediately started, worked in a timely manner & walked me through everything once he was done. Explained everything I needed to know on maintaining our opener & emphasized if we had any question to even reach out to him personally. If he wasn’t available, leave a message & he’d return the call. I feel Sean really went over & beyond service expectations..

The guy from precision came over today 10/24/23 without the equipment to fix my building door. I thought was rude and unprofessional. I told the person who made the appointment what was needed to fix the door and she didn’t understand. The young man told my husband he would have them. Make another appointment but so far they have not done so. I think this was poor business practice. Victoria lahman

Work was accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. At conclusion, he offered to answer any questions after he explained the warranty.
