What a great experience! This isn't the first service call Precision has done for us. Their service each time has been quick, efficient and the communication via text & email was awesome. Ben Cain did a fantastic job. However, I am disappointed in Thomas Burnett. I was promised that the job would be done on Monday by 6 Pm and he took off before the job was done. Ben Cain had to come out on Tuesday to finish his work.

Tom was very cordial. Assessed the situation. wrote a quote, did the work in a professional manner. cleaned up after he finished installing lower rubber on two doors, one is 16 foot the other is 8 foot. retighten the springs. tested door all good. great company to get service from.
