I was having trouble with my garage door opener. The door would go up just fine but I had to hold the button down the whole time it was closing or it would stop halfway down and go back up. You door technician worked on it for about half an hour and got it so it does not go up or down or work in any way. I have to open the door manually. The good news is your technician said He can fix it for about $636.41. what a deal!

Great service. Thomas was very professional, quick and thorough. The only issue was the telephone communication with the office (via phone.) Thomas made me feel valued and wanted as a customer. The schedulers left me feeling frustrated and cold (yet we needed the service.) I'm very glad they have a technician like Thomas for actual work being done, interacting with the customer and saving the company's image from the schedulers.

I ended up buying a complete door, with windows and window inserts. It is very attractive, also brightens up the garage so we can work out there durning the day. Doing business with this company was a superior experience. Good communications from the staff on the telephone. Tech Anthony was friendly, polite, and personable while proceeding efficiently to assess the problem and make the needed repair. He pointed out potential problems for the future without trying to sell me solutions to problems I didn’t yet have. Replaced the broken spring in under an hour. Added a couple of extra service touches and invited future contact if we had any questions. His COVID procedures were consistent and considerate. Excellent service.

Very quick and responsive company. He arrived promptly, was courteous and knowledgable, and fixed the problem quickly.
