Ben Balderree, extremely polite young man. He was thoughtful to call and give me notice of his arrival. Ben gave me all my options of replacing the broken spring. His work was fast and neat and after finding out we were new to the area he gave me 3 recommendations for places to eat. If I ever need garage door services I'll be happy to have Petcision help me.

Great company and very experienced technician. I called for a repair, and within a day I had a technician at the house. My motor was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Anthony went over all options to get the replacement to meet our budget. There are certain options on the new systems that we didn’t need but may want. He covered those. He also replaced to rollers and greased all hinge locations. The install also consisted of new touch pads and remotes. He gave me a quick tutorial on ow to operate the new system. This will help the stop the need for an unneeded service call. The replacement took only a 1.5 hour. Yet it was done properly and not rushed. The warranty on the new system is awesome. We highly recommend this company and technician.

We arranged through Home Warranty to have our garage door repaired. When we called precision door, they send a technician out the same day. Unfortunately what was wrong with our garage door was not covered by Home Warranty. The technician, Sean Yarling, was a courteous, professional, and had the job done within an hour. Recently, I have a new garage door after 20 years, and would be happy to do business with precision garage door again.

Four and 1/2 years ago Precision Door replaced the spring on my garage door and it had just begun sticking. They set up an appointment for the next day and arrived on time just after a phone call saying they were on their way. A pleasant young man checked everything out and it was just gunky and needing lubrication. He lubed it, turned up the power (who knew?) and showed me what to do next time. Pleasant experience. Twice. I will call again if I need garage door help.
