The opener on our garage wasn't working, Anthony called and asked if he could come a day early if I was home. He arrived a half hour later and went to work. He replaced the opener at no cost under the warranty. He was professional and very quick with the repairs. I highly recommend Precision Door. A great company with great customer service.

We had an emergency situation arise that involved a large custom shop door breaking and no longer being able to open late at night. Our installers were fantastic. They were here on time and got the new door installed in no time. When it came to the opener they did not push a sale on me, but rather explained the bennefits of the new opener to allow me to come to my decision. I ultimately decided to put the 270 opener in with a key pad and the installers got that done in no time. They showed me how to use it and made sure my pin code worked. I was super impressed at their professionalism and how they abided by the newly required social distancing that we all now have to follow! Great job!
