I ended up getting a new opener, however he was very detailed as to why a new one was a better choice. We are not happy with Precision garage door. We paid a lot for a new garage door and it has been making a popping sound like it’s going to break at anytime so we called to get someone to come look at it and he did. But all he did was take a hammer and bang on one piece a few times and said it was fixed. We’ll it’s not and we are going to have to get someone out here again to look at it as the popping is getting so bad it literally sounds like something is breaking every time we open the door. This is really ridiculous
