Really appreciated the quick same day response and low down on replacement and repair options. Also appreciated waiving the service charge. Tech was professional and friendly. I was surprised at the price because I told the Scheduler I needed remotes reprogrammed, she said it's $79.95 plus parts. I was surprised to discover the $79.95 was just to come out, and I was charged total $163 for service. Very happy with service, but Scheduler should say the $79.95 is the show up, and anything done is by the hour, and tell me the hourly rate. He was nice and only charged for half hour.

This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had! This was the 4-5x you guys have come out since we had the new motor installed. And now since the correct repairs weren’t fixed at previous service calls it has caused our food to break. And you guys won’t help, listen or stand by your product. The tech Jared was the rudest, arrogant, disrespectful person I have EVER dealt with. He literally was laughing in my face, arguing, yelling and was the rudest rudest person. He even said “Whatever, you can call my manager if you want I don’t care!!!” Seriously that’s how you guys to customer service?! You might want to send your employees to a customer service call
