I want my money back. I told the gal on the phone I had only had to have key pad re-programmed once in 20 or 30 years. That should have prompted her to ask me age of unit which I would have told her was 30 years old. At that point she should have told me it was not able to be re-programmed. Our ancient garage door openers were beginning to fail. We called several other companies only to find they were booked out months. I called and booked an appt with precision garage doors and within 48 hours they were out, to diagnose the problems. We opted to replace all 3 openers, 1 spring and get a touchpad installed outside the garage. The technician, Jared, was great. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy and kept us informed of what he was doing. Then he gave its an in service on how to use the keypad and the remotes. He guided me through the set up of syncing with my jeep. Great service, great price and great product. Will definitely recommend them to others in the future!

Nicholas updated the door to the heavy-duty tension rollers and cable replacement. He showed where this repair/upgrade was the best value and provided a longer warranty if something should happened in the next 5 years. His work was efficient, quick, and he cleaned up and disposed of the old parts. I would recommend and call Precision Doors if you need repair. And ask for Nicholas if you want quality, quick, and clean service.

We were beginning to think we were in possession of the garage door opener from Hell, because it failed to close numerous times, following two tech visits. With Sean's visit, however, he actually opened up the motor casing and discovered it was filled with metal shavings. Not a good thing, we were told. So yes, we had to break down and purchase a new garage door motor. But I suppose, after 16 years of faithful service, that's par for the course these days. One new motor later, installed in about an hour, all was well. I would recommend Sean highly, and continue to recommend Precision OGDS.

BENJAMIN responded very early in the stated window, and explained the process involving the door -- which is not as easy as one might think. He was concerned over our problem, and helped as best he could. Frankly, there hasn't been as forthright a service repair person as BENJAMIN, who took us through his thought and repair process. Yes, the door system is 16 years old, but he made it work. We will continue with Precision Door, and highly recommend BENJAMIN BALDERREE.
