Anthony was superb! When he called to say he was on his way, he said be bet the red and black wires were installed incorrectly when my new double door was installed the end of Nov. He explained a few things to me about the outside key pad, if the power goes out, etc. The technician in Nov didn’t, he said that person no longer works for Precision. Please pass on my highest praise to Anthony and make a note in his file.

Excellent service by Sean and also was a nice guy which always helps. He explained that problem was I have a solid wood door which absorbs moisture making it heavier and garage door opener hadn’t been adjusted for that to occur so it was having difficulty closing and then staying closed. Sean adjusted the program to take into account the heavier door and any impediments. He also showed me how to do it myself by simply unplugging for 60 secs and running it 2x. Resetting it. Now it closes easily. Bought the garage door opener last March from you guys and it has been flawless until now but now it’s working correctly again. Very pleased to do business with Precision Garage Door. Thanks for your quick response.

Precision of Spokane is one of the companies in the area that sets the standard when it comes to service! The day we called, they sent Benjamin out to help us with our problem. Benjamin was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem quickly and gave us some great advice about another garage door matter that we wanted help with. His advice on the additional matter was exactly what we needed to hear and we purchased another set of automatic garage doors openers for a detached garage that we had. Ben came out late at night for an urgent call when our garage door got stuck. We were very worried with the potential wind storm on its way and snow starting outside, to have our garage door stuck open. Ben was so kind when he called and assured us he would be on his way soon. He was prompt and professional. Ben got the garage door fixed quickly and triple checked that everything worked before leaving.
