Jared did great and was great. I do feel the cost of the repair was to high and will go back to my primary garage door support. They were unable to get to me fast enough and tried your company. So gave you a shot but while the service was great the cost was out of line.

I am really happy with the service this morning. Anthony arrived on time, explained my options, repaired my door, and answered my questions about door replacement all in about an hour. I couldn’t tell if he was smiling or not because he wore a mask in my house and garage (I really appreciate that). All in all, I am happy with the service, Precision will get the first call when I’m looking to replace my garage doors, and I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for garage door service.
