Kris installed a new door opener last week. It worked fine for several days, and then would not stay down, showing error code 28. Kris came back and adjusted the sensitivity, and applied lubricant as well as tapping the rail in the area where he'd installed the photo-sensors. He was quick, thorough, and courteous.

Living in an old house, we've been slammed with major repairs/replacements. Kris got us past the initial sticker shock and was very professional in his work. Time will tell how reliable the new opener is. So far there seem to be many more bells and whistles than the 30 yr. old model that died.
