Turned out nothing wrong with the door. Just a noise opener. Had the seal at the bottom replaced and you can’t see light at the sides anymore so the floor should be dryer. Ben was very nice . Arrived on time. Replaced seal quickly. Thanks very much!

Dear Sir; Ben Cain was a very knowledgeable and courteous Technician. He explained the difference between having dual green springs vs a single black spring on my garage door. My original spring was a black single spring which was installed by The Garage Door Center in Post Falls, Idaho about (7) years ago. They usually do all my garage door repairs. However, they were not open on weekends. Hence our car would have been stuck in our garage until Monday. I called Precision Garage Door. Ben was early and on time! Gave me an estimate of $635 to replace my single black spring with a duel green spring system. He explained these springs would last much longer! Not knowing much about this spring system I agreed to have the work completed. The cost seemed a little HIGH but the work was done in a very timely and prompt manner so I agreed. Thank You to Ben and Precision Garage Door!

Tech's did a good job removing and replacing our 2 car garage door. Have a couple of dints in the insulation of panels, but before I saw them the tech pointed them out to me and said; no worries, we'll be back to change those out when we get the replacement panels! We had a problem with our garage door and called Precision Door for service. Their Tech Adrian showed up within 2 hours and did some trouble shooting on the problem. He made some adjustments and corrected a problem with the trim catching the window frame. He also took the time to lube the springs and checked the rest of the door operation. Adrian was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgable, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was working well, and explained everything that he had done. Very pleasant experience, and Precision Door will be the 1st place we'll call when it's service time for our door. Thanks Adrian.

Our garage door opening system literally just broke from one minute to another. What a bad surprise. However, Love what Kris installed. So quiet with also an opening mechanism that will not put extra wear and tear on the existing door. Good explanation as to how things work.This whole cycle went pretty much A to B also with the Home Warranty Company we have even though not every single item is covered by the warranty definitely three quarters was so now we have a completely new garage door opening system that should last us another 15 to 20 years. Kris did a good job talking with the company to get things moved along FAST. We are happy with the outcome.
