Not satisfied. My Tech did fix an issue but failed to fix the problem of my garage door not opening and closing all the way. His reasoning being that he thought I was still working on fixing the the sensor/ electrical issue myself when I stated when I 1st met him that I believed the issue may be electrical and that I dont have the knowledge to continue to fix the door, hence why I called your company. Unfortunately the blame continued to be put on me when he came back out on why he didn't fix the door. I feel that a company should make right with its customers and in this case offer to do a new motor install free of charge seen as how I spent $800 for a polished good for nothing garage door. I'll buy the opener if a tech does the installation for free. You'll keep me as a continued customer along with a good review. Let me know. Lastly, cudos to Madelyn for dealing with me over the phone. She was calm and patient with me while I stated my problem with frustration.

Called Precision Door Service with an issue with my garage door. Spoke with Adrian on the phone. He was very friendly and gave advice over the phone to help try to fix the problem. I was shocked to hear that he could make an appointment the very same day! Adrian was very knowledgeable and professional and addressed the problem very quickly. He really went the extra mile.
