I have been having off and on issues with my garage door opening and closing , and yesterday morning it decided to not open or close. Adrian arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed what was causing the problem—unit was”fried”. He quickly and efficiently replaced the unit with an upgraded unit. I so appreciated his recommendations on what type of unit would work better for my garage door. So happy to have a surge protector on this new unit. Barry Deschamps is the most competent and professional service person I have witnessed as he completed a major reinstallation of our garage doors. He assessed the problem, presented his plan to fix the garage doors late in the afternoon, and returned the next day to complete the work. He used several creative revisions to correct several problems with how the initial installation was done several months ago. My wife and I have built several homes, and have observed construction of all types.I wish we had known Barry Deschamps during those times. He is an excellent worker, and is pleasant in dealing with customers (my wife and me). Precision of Spokane is fortunate to have someone like him. He represents the company in a very positive light. Scott was great and really knows his work well. Only complaint is the scheduler they made Scott drive from north Spokane over an hour away in a blizzard to get here when there was a closer technician to me. He then had his next appointment in North Spokane again. Very inefficient scheduling wasting the company time and gas. I loved Scott but that must be pretty frustrating as a technician.
