Wow! Quick service, pleasant staff and great results - what a welcome change. I called Precision because my garage door was not closing correctly. The individual who answered the phone at Precision was very polite and helpful - a great attitude. She assigned a technician to come out that day, within a 2 hour window! Not only did Barry the technician call first to let me know he would arrive shortly, his professional demeanor and quick results were a wonderful experience. He showed me everything he did to fix the problem and offered some suggestions for on-going simple maintenance. I am extremely impressed.
