Barry was great......called before he arrived....analyzed the immediate problem and reviewed over-all install and decided to rebuild..........went over costs before starting.....carefully measured with aid of laser leveler.....advised how to lube door(hinges, rollers, etc.) to maintain good working order.....a little more spent than I thought; but know everything replaced will work for a long time......

Barry serviced our call - an awesome tech that knows what he's doing, works fast and efficiently, and took good care of getting our door back on track. Door was originally mounted slightly off balance (he showed me and I agreed) so he put it back into alignment, reinstalled all the cabling and saved us a stiff bill by advancing the main rod out of the opener 1/2" so he could get a fresh "bite" on the cable roller bolts in lieu of replacing the entire rod. Very satisfied.

The guy was nice, but I think I got robbed. It cost me 120.00 dollars for him to spray some what wd40 and call it good. I did not have a broken garage door spring. I just wanted a quote on a garage door opener. And even after spraying whatever he used my garage door did not open more smoothly like he said it would. Ugh I'm just so tired of being taken advantage of.

Not happy. Needed a simple spring repair. Instead I got you need a new door, opener, and a torsion spring conversion. A simple $200-$300 repair into a $3000 repair. It was working before the springs broke. Establish trust first then up sale. If you had fixed it as is, then when it came time to upgrade I would have probably chosen your company. Instead I have to scramble to find another company that wants my business. It felt like a bait and switch.

When my door broke, you had a guy out here the same day to fix it enough to raise it and get our cars out of the garage. The cost was transferred to the cost of a new door. The factory took a long time to deliver the door to you but as soon as it came in, you scheduled installation. The guy called me and came out several hours earlier than the appointment. He did a great job and replaced everything! new rails, new springs, new door. I am absolutely pleased with your service and your pricing. I will tell others about your performance.
