I want my money back. I told the gal on the phone I had only had to have key pad re-programmed once in 20 or 30 years. That should have prompted her to ask me age of unit which I would have told her was 30 years old. At that point she should have told me it was not able to be re-programmed. The tech was great but it was a waste of my time and money as no appointment should ever have been made. Karla Gibson

I don’t want that chain backup opener. I want the battery back up. Christian had too many problems with that chain backup opener.. my neighbor has two of that battery backup units and has had no trouble with them. I have no confidence in that confidence in that chain backup unit. Christian has been at my shop 4 times. This last time, today, he was here for about 5 hours and couldn’t get it to work. So let’s go with that battery backup opener. I do appreciate the effort you guys put in trying to get this current unit to work with no success. Love you guys. On to plan number 5. Patrick H Reardon
