Christian was on time and ready to go. We talked about the issues that we wanted to solve and he understood. He got busy checking and researching the issues and figured out a solution to an older door opener. He went over the solutions and options with me. After destroying my garage door, I consulted with Aaron and decided to replace both garage doors. Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable. Today, David arrived to install both doors. He was so pleasant. And efficient. He did an excellent job. After 2 months with a makeshift door installed by a kind neighbor, it is so nice to have a working door. Repair was with two new and larger springs. New weighting of the door as it was wrong at start of service. New rollers and hinges as needed. Replace the center rail and brokenb band for lifting the door. All of this was evaluated and done efficiently by Sean. I am pleased with how the door operates now. I want my money back. I told the gal on the phone I had only had to have key pad re-programmed once in 20 or 30 years. That should have prompted her to ask me age of unit which I would have told her was 30 years old. At that point she should have told me it was not able to be re-programmed. The tech was great but it was a waste of my time and money as no appointment should ever have been made. Karla Gibson
