After 3.5 years my garage door only went up and down so far, I troubleshot as much as I could but was out of options. Sean came out and assessed that the motor had given out due to it's size. I upgraded, he changed all the wheels, belt, and opener. Made sure all battery operator openers were synced up as well. All smooth sailing, and a bonus its smoother and quieter! Thanks Sean!

Thank you for the professional service we received this morning. The PDS 370 Garage Door Opener that was installed a few years ago needed a replacement Battery Back-Up (BBU). Ben was superb. He accomplished a maintenance check of the garage door opener, as well as the garage door (which we also purchased from PDS a few years ago). He verified that the BBU was not operating and he replaced it with a new one that he had stocked on his truck. Thanks to his technical expertise and advanced preparation, Ben was prepared to help us.
