Thank you for the professional service we received this morning. The PDS 370 Garage Door Opener that was installed a few years ago needed a replacement Battery Back-Up (BBU). Ben was superb. He accomplished a maintenance check of the garage door opener, as well as the garage door (which we also purchased from PDS a few years ago). He verified that the BBU was not operating and he replaced it with a new one that he had stocked on his truck. Thanks to his technical expertise and advanced preparation, Ben was prepared to help us. Again, thank you Ben and Precision for all your support.

Called Precision and they sent someone out to give an estimate quickly and installed both doors, tracks, motors everything for two 16ft doors the next week. David did a really good job on the install, the doors are tight, squeek free, and they look really good. They definitely show how dirty the rest of the house is. Great work!

The appointment was for and annual inspection of the Garage Door & Opener, with the installation of a new "back-up battery" to replace our 4-year old battery. A "light guide" for the battery's green/red light charging indicator was also installed. Ben was excellent. He listened to what I had to say about what was going on with the opener, and he let me make the selection as to whether or not to change the battery. He was great at troubleshooting the requirement.
