I have had Kris Install my garage door opener and now have him do some maintenance and repair. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and does a great job. That being said, the motor itself was not working and a part had to be ordered. Evidently the part came in and it was just put on a shelf and after waiting several months I finally called wondering when my garage door maintenance would be finished. The installer could not remember exactly what happened on the job so he made a service run and immediately remembered that he had a part ordered. Made a trip back to his office And found that the part was actually there and had to schedule another service run to finally put the correct replacement part in. I think he does great work, but I’m not very happy with the length of time that nobody seem to know the ball Had been dropped and my part just lay there for months.

Benjamin was prompt courteous and very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Excellent service. I think the fact that you charge a service charge and fuel fees on top of everything else is a bit outrageous. Most businesses I deal with consider the service fee part of the bill not in addition to it. I would recommend changing that. I would otherwise highly recommend you.

Tech seemed to know his stuff well and repaired our large door in good order. It did take one call back to trim up the work done on the installation of the new door opener on the other. I would recommend them as they have been eager to please.

The technician was very professional. He informed me of all the work needed to get the garage door working again, and informed me of some other issues that my door could have in the future. He answered all of my questions and gave me maintenance items I could do to have my garage door last a little longer. I asked him to send me a quote for a new door. He also stated that if I buy a new garage door within 30 days of this repair the money I spent on the repair would go towards the new door. I think that is fantastic! I am very happy with the level of customer service that I received. I will definitely be doing business with precision again.
