Tom was very cordial. Assessed the situation. wrote a quote, did the work in a professional manner. cleaned up after he finished installing lower rubber on two doors, one is 16 foot the other is 8 foot. retighten the springs. tested door all good. great company to get service from.

Very personable, we talked throughout most of the fix and he was very knowledgeable and passed that along for self service in the future. He clearly knows what he is doing, and had all the tools handy to make the process efficient. I also enjoyed his customer service style. Repair is complete and door works great.
