Jesse arrived early and totally prepared. He was very polite and courteous. He did an excellent job uninstalling the old door, installing the new door and he provided a couple of maintenance tips! The unfortunate part is that he had no way of providing a receipt when the balance due was paid (not his fault).

Everyone that we worked with at Precision Door has been terrific! Ben was here very quickly which was very much appreciated because we couldn't get the door to open. We had both a broken spring and cable. Because our opener was very old, we had that replaced as well. The new opener works great and the door opens quietly. The entire process was fast and efficient. Benjamin phoned ahead and promptly arrive as per phone call. After looking over problem, he throughly discussed repair options, charges, and approximate time on site. Benjamin was very pleasant to talk to, had a smile on his face, and had a great attitude. When I discovered garage door problem this morning I researched possible repair/service companies in my area. I contacted Precision and exchanged information thru their on line chat feature. She immediately scheduled me for a service call between 1 and 3 pm the same day.
