Thanx Chris…….was able to program two (2) Apple phones to two different openers. I can now be in Mexico and open or close either door!! Five Star service…..highly recommended.

Sean was great. He replaced the rollers and ordered the stripping trim for around the garage door and will be back in two weeks to finish up. His customer service skills are very good. he explained everything to me and even changed the batterys in my outside remote. I tried doing the review after he left, but I'm not tech savvy and it didn't work for me. I'm glad you sent this follow up email. I do not usually do reviews but decided this time I would.

Our garage doors didn't have a "broken door spring repair", I called Precision because Winter is coming and I wanted the doors, etc., serviced. I've been using Precision for a long time without a complaint to speak of, but this time I have something to complain about. I was quoted $119 for the Technician to come out and look the system over, from there he would evaluate any repairs needed and give me a quote. The Technician was friendly and professional as he went over the quote (which in total was the servicing) at $342..Normally I would have sent him on his way but since I'm already in $119 I told him to go ahead. The Technician arrived at my house at 9:50A and departed at 10:20A. About half that time was spent talking with me and pointing out a crack in my main garage door, although he did say the door would probably last another 5 years. I don't know what he may have greased on the system, but he did say he tightened the bolts on the doors. Like I said, I have no complaint with the Tech, I could have said no on the price, regardless, I do have a problem paying $342 for about 15 minutes worth of work, work that required no parts, no repairs, and minimal effort. As it sits right now, I won't be using Precision again.

I was out of town on business while Anthony performed the work and even with that he made the experience incredibly positive. His communication was proactive, clear and thorough throughout the entire day. I work in the customer service field and I would want my staff to have the type of impact that I experienced with Anthony today. Ben called ahead and let me know that he was running early and if that was acceptable and it was. He showed up on time and was professional and thorough. Tried everything possible to ensure the garage door was working properly. I asked for a quote to replace the entire opener and he promptly sent a fair quote. Should we replace our system we will look to use Precision of Spokane.

Your Tech was amazing and he help me alot. Fixing the garage doors was important for us and he did it fast even without lights. Our power was out from 8:30 to 4:45 so he had to use his lights and never made a mistake. He also gave us information on how to keep our garage doors always working. He was unable to test the doors due to the power outage but when we got our power back they worked great. Thank You.
